Cassiopeia Auto Attack Turret Bug [Gameplay]

For some reason when i auto attack turrets with her, she does magic damage equivalent to a lichbane proc, but I have not been using lichbane. Last game i was doing ~300 magic dmg per auto attack. It is not normal.

This is happening in ranked NA.

Anybody else experiencing this issue?
