Galio Bulwark/Ignite interaction

Ignite does not trigger the bulwark's heal ignite and bulwark is placed on Galio. Tooltip reads that "Each time that unit takes damage, Galio is healed. ". This is either a bug, or the tooltip should be updated to state that non-ignite damage procs the heal.

It may be the healing reduction lowering Galio's heal to such a low amount its not really even being shown. Only way I see this happening.
