Morgana and Runes

I encountered twice a strange situation. It is about Morgana and runes.

1st situation: I wanted to play Glacial Aguament Morg on mid. I made runes, was happy, but then in the game, I've noticed I have Arcane Comet instead of GA.

And today I also picked GA with secondary Red Tree, but in the game, I had GA but with Green Tree.

I'm confused, anyone happened to had the same situation?
