Sion's Q and Ult was disabled permanently during game.

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure what happened during the game, but I was top against Cho' Gath. I don't know if the silence caused the bug or not but I was not able to use my Q or Ult. This happened around 18 minutes of the game. I apologize but I didn't have LoLRecorder running.

I did check my bindings, I rebound the skills to different hotkeys and even clicked the default hotkeys button. Nothing seemed to work to activate the abilities, so I proceeded to try and use them by clicking on the abilities for Q and R and it didn't work as well. I then went and died to baron hoping maybe it would fix it but no, it didn't fix it. The last resort was leaving the game and reconnecting to see if that would fix it, but I couldn't test it out because when I tried reconnecting it stated the game was over and sent me to the results screen.

So, I have no idea what was causing this issue at all. Just letting you guys know.
