Cannot Load Into Champion Select

In the reworked league client, when I attempt to accept a match to load into champion select, the game occasionally gets stuck in the 'Accept!' screen as shown in the screenshots. This is mildly infuriating as I mostly play ranked, and in this instance I have been kicked from a promos due to this bug. Please look into a possible fix for this, thank you.
