Needlessly trio bug?

Whenever i play ez on urf mode. And i have the 3 big ap items (ludens, rabadons, and zhonya's) sometimes his ult goes on full CD. 1 minute long.

I have noticed once i build a lich bane this stops it. I havent tested out other items though.
