[GAMEPLAY] Quinn the Damage displayed in the Spell-Description is ZERO

The Ulti of Quinn deals Damage when its casted in the Game. But the number how much Damage it exactly deals which is normaly shown when you move your mouse over the Spell-Icon is just a ZERO.

The Bug occures everytime I play Quinn.
