xp boost bug?

Ok so ive been using xp boost for arond 10 games but i havent gotten my extra xp. i bought both win boost and time duration boost. When my games end, it says extra xp boost (around 200-300) but when i go to my profile it shows the exp with no xp boosted exp.
Am i the only person who is getting this problem? Is it because i stacked the win and duration xp boost together? I really dont wanna waste my time and my usage of the xp boosts or ima chase rito to get my refund ok thanks
