New client takes 1 of your reroll chance even if someone else quits
I rerolled, someone quit like usual. Next game picking page it took my reroll chance with. Rito pls.
It never happened in the old client.

I logged in to submit this bug but it seems someone beat me to it. The only thing I'll add is it appears you get the re-roll chance back after you finish a game. Your next lobby will have an extra. Though if someone dodges again, like they always do, you will lose it again. A temporary work around: Log out after someone dodges. You get it back when you log in.
It is a very debilitating bug for those of us who play almost exclusively ARAM.
