In-game chat bar resets
Every time i go into a new game my chat bar resets to the left bottom corner after this resent patch. Does this happen to anyone else is my concern.

yes it does.
yeah sadly this happens to me too. but very few players have this prob so i guess it takes a year untill riot fixes it
