500ms for no reason[GAMEPLAY]

Hello there,

I lost the connection to the game for no reason for the first time. And i tried to restart my router,and i still could not reconnect to the game. So basically i'm pretty sure that it has nothing to do with me ,because i have usually 19ms and 40 FPS. And yes... i know that my picture below shows ,that i have 13 FPS,but just because my browser is turned on.
