[GAMEPLAY] Game frequently fails to load and gives critical system error

When playing league on my laptop, it frequently fails to load a game, and gives the error of critical system error. this however seems to be very random- sometimes a game loads fine, other times, it fails to load the first few times, then after a short amount of time, will load when clicking re-connect. Other times, it completely refuses to load. Happens for all modes (including when trying to watch a reply). It used to work find, but then started happening around about 1 year ago.

Have tried re-installing multiple times, and also changing the game to windowed as oposed to full screen. neither seems to work

please help :)
