Can someone tell me why or how I can get the ban shorten or get my missions extended because it didn't give me the option of the 10 chat game bans

While the normal punishment progression is two sets of chat restrictions and then a 14 day ban, it is possible to skip them and jump straight to a 14 day or even a permanent ban if your behavior is severe enough. This is generally done for things like hate speech and death threats/encouraging suicide, though it's not limited to just that.
