Blitzcrank's pull broke

i was playing a normal match and during early game I hit the adc with one of Blitzcrank's Q what happened was it stunned him yet it didn't pull and it happened every time i launched it through my allied minions

Were you playng against Sivir ?

I've noticed a couple different bugs with blitz over the past month also, the most recent is the Q bug, the hook in my last game literally went through 3 champions (this has happened in a couple of games of mine over the last month) without pulling, also noted, I have Q'd a minion and the minion was never pulled, just like if sivir would spell shield the hook just latched and never pulled.
