Dynamic Queue Sucks

When you guys first introduced dynamic queue to League of Legends, I thought it was going to be awesome. I can't stand blind pick, so it's pretty much all I play. The problem is, though, it's not awesome. I queue up for my primary role, and nine times out of ten I get my secondary role. To top that off, people rarely want to trade. Then there's the times I do get my primary role, and all that happens is my entire team feeds the crap out of the enemy team. I understand you guys can't fix the feeders, but the system needs some serious work done to it. It makes the game extremely unenjoyable.
