FPS Dropped RIOT HELP

For a few days now my FPS has been in the 40's when its normally in the 150-200 range. I've seen alot of people having this problem but no fixes yet. Its none of my settings or my power cord or anything like that. I'm assuming its from the last patch please someone help me I cant play like this I need it fixed!
