CLIENT Timer/Timeout freeze in RANKED while enemy banning

While we were in a ranked game, the enemy was banning, but failed to ban in time. Rather than kick us all out, the timer ended and stayed at zero. We sat in this state for about 20 mins until someone finally decided to bail. Not sure what forensics the lol app generates which might have helped, but I do have a screenshot linked. GLHF
