Not seeing lobby

I tried to join a lobby in aram and when i pressed join in the queue it took me to a blank page but i still heard the music in the game lobby. i tried to refresh it but when i logged back in it told me that i left a lobby so now i have one unecessary strike against me. also left a game due to windowns updates but thats a different discussion.
