Karthus cannot be heard at all, I've tested it with friends and they've all said they can't hear him either. It's ironic because his whole thing is singing

We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix! He's a bit hoarse from playing so many Pentakill shows lately. ;)

I can't speak for everyone, but I'm replying to bugs that is related to content that I'm working on (skins, Your Lunar Revel Shop, and I have knowledge on what's going on with the Sona spectate bug). I don't have info on the offset bug, so I'm not much help there, unfortunately.

There's also a similar issue with elise atm. Her spider form's VO is missing and instead all her taunts, deaths, etc remain the same as human forme's.

I was wondering why karthus was silent.. I just assumed now his passive starts at spawn.

Yeah, same here, I was playing Karthus a few times lately and I heard nothing, not even from his taunts, his VO and Taunts just have no voice now.

Actually came on here to report this happening consistently to me, too. Karthus is absolutely silent for you and your ally team (not sure about the enemy team, the replays won't function at the moment) in all ways. No VO at all, not from movement commands, not from emotes or skills, nothing. This wasn't specified before, but neither I nor any ally can hear him, it's not just on one end.

It only occurs with Karthus. I was using Phantom Karthus and didn't try other skins, but I also don't run into many other Karthii.
