Soraka Silence pretty consistently not working
I'm not an EXPERT in coding, and I have little to no idea how LoL is coded, but I think the problem could be the silence not reapplying often enough. I've compiled a list of the things I found to consistently negate Soraka's silence for a short time:
- Coming out of TP (this actually lost IMT a teamfight - see week 8, day 1 vs NRG.
used E while CLEARLY in the centre of the field) - Coming out of Zhonyas
- Coming out of
ult - Being revived by a GA/
- Coming out of
Trollpole, 
Trollpool, or 
Rappel (this one might be intentional) - Being displaced by artificial terrain gives a split second where you can flash off of it, sometimes. Harder to replicate
- Entering the silence zone with an ability queued, for example,
headbutt (this MIGHT be intentional, but it removes counterplay) - Landing after a
ult - Completing a
ult (works only on abilities that don't interrupt the channel. For example, obviously not with Zhonyas)
