[GAMEPLAY] Azir's Q Conquering Sands is inaccurate and inconsistent.

Symptom:

Azir's Q, Conquering Sands, displays arrows to show where, and how far soldiers will travel. This is inaccurate, as soldiers will often go different distances for seemingly no explanation

What I expect:

Even if it's not possible for the skill-shot arrows to dynamically show where each soldier can/can't go, there's no explanation that I can find anywhere about where the soldiers can and cannot go. For example, it seems they cannot be sent through walls, but I don't know for sure?

Sometimes they go far, sometimes they stop short, and sometimes they stop when they hit minions, and I am just not sure if that's how they are meant to work. If they apply a slow to everyone they pass through, why would they stop at the first thing they hit? I am very often unable to get my E off on a champion because the soldier will not pass through them.

I had the same problem, and I like the idea of using skillshot arrows coming from each soldier as opposed to from Azir.

I also don't know how I feel about arise just casting within your cast range even if you click outside it. I often click exactly where I want a soldier to appear, but if that location is not inside Azir's circle, he just casts at the edge of his cast range in that direction. I can see how this is a good thing. But it's not what I expect to occur. I expect him to move to a new location such that he can summon a soldier on the spot I clicked.
