Can't reset chat box in-game, already reinstalled and reset json files.

I reset the 2 json files for Chat X and Chat Y variables to zero, reinstalled, and reset configurations to default, yet my chat box is still MIA. I know I slid it into a corner. Tried changing my screen resolutions to see if I could get it then, but no.
