While I was playin Hecarim, his mechanics were working well until I used my ultimate. Hecarim's ult movement is not impaired, but Hecarim's ult doesn't invoke fear upon the target(s). Also, it sometimes doesn't register the activation damage upon the target(s).
ThePartyLeader2 votesThat's not how his ult works. His ult doesn't fear who he runs past it fears on his landing. The mf wasnt inside the circle around him when he ended his ult.
Dannyboy9491 votesIt seems that I had failed to capture the und of his ult (aoe fear). Regardless, his fear had failed to afflict enemy champions in game. I am about 80% sure that his ult is/was bugged for the time being.
