(Gameplay) -- Hecarim Ult Bug
While I was playin Hecarim, his mechanics were working well until I used my ultimate. Hecarim's ult movement is not impaired, but Hecarim's ult doesn't invoke fear upon the target(s). Also, it sometimes doesn't register the activation damage upon the target(s).
