I just got banned from joining Que for 30 minutes cause it was my turn to lock in and i couldn't

I was in selection and in the process of a convo and everything was fine my turn to lock in and i was attempting to pick a champion and lock in and it wasn't letting me choose anything. Now I'm here. I'm not just going to sit here and get banned from que for 30 minutes cause of your servers.

Just happened to cowsep during stream. He picked the champion to ban, but wouldn't let him lock it in.
