I have probably the only client with this bug.... (chat not connecting)

I looked for a solution on the riot support, on the boards, on youtube.... And i have yet to find anybody not getting connected to the chat only the first time they log in after booting up their PC, but the second time they log in, it's all good. So I repeat, if I log out and log in(just like i normally would), I get connected to the chat. It is really really weird and ominous that this is happening. I just wanted to see if anybody else is having this problem. I AM GETTING SICK OF IT!

Edit: Ok, update on the whole bug thing.... the chat won't connect at all. UM.... WELL.... AT LEAST IT'S CONSISTENT NOW?!!
