Riot Games Fix This Bug and Dont Give Me The 20 Minutes And Give Me a 1350 Skin

Riot Games Fix This Problem. In the last 5 games I have been having problems when I get into a game and after at least 5 minutes everything freezes except my champion itself and after at least 2 minutes I try to wait it out and after at least 2 minutes I leave the game and try to reconnect into the game but I get stuck and I check if it was my WiFi but it wasn't and also when everything freezes I can't chat in game and when I try to talk to my friends it doesn't work either and I probably have a Leaver Bustter 20 Minutes Penalty for 5 games and it's not my fault it's your fault,Fix it RIOT GAMES. And also since you did this to me I should receive a free 1350 skin.
