Winning When the Servers Go Down == Shafted

Two time today the ranked servers have had issues. Both of which, if the game played is lost, it is forgiven. For the team that wins on the other hand, they are getting SHAFTED. I won two games today where the servers went down. Both of which I received a WHOPPING 8LP [compared to the usual 18LP]. Now every other game I played, I gained or received give or take 18LP. I don't have any explanation for this, and believe it is a glitch in the system when the servers go down. And to be 100% honest is a really crappy compensation system if you ask me.
