I Keep Getting Disconnected In-Game... It happens a lot...

This can be really frustrating sometimes as I am sometimes the sole reason my team loses a game from getting disconnected and that bugsplat thing shows up. I'm okay with it if it happens every once in a while during a game, (even though it happens at the worst possible times) but recently in games of ARAM and any gamemode its been happening NONSTOP. Back in the game, back out. It happens a lot when I use a skill... Please give a suggestion as to why this is happening. I suspect it may be the ping.
