[gameplay] Missing bot dialogue

While testing the advanced bots technology, i encountered a strange bug where bots would say: "MISSING STRING: "str_greeting_friendly" Or "MISSING STRING: "str_endgame_salty"

Probably the best way to reproduce the bug is to start a game with advanced bots and look at the chat.

This issue might be common because it occured 2 times in a single game.
