The loading screen doesnt appear after champ select

So i encountered this supposed bug or glitch where after champ select timer goes off the loading screen never appears and its getting me a little worried since im not a person who goes afk or leaves a match (ragequits),besides that i got this prob 3 min ago this post,but i just want to know 2 things if this post makes it to some staff.

1.-Does this glitch or bug counts as leaving a match making u get an unfair penalty for it ? 2.-Is there a solution to this problem ?

Not even a reconnect button shows up and i tried login out and in and nothing saying that im in game when im not.

I have this problem too. Free lose. I need to restart pc for reconnect to the game , and they remake the match before i can reconnect.. I lost too much lp bc of that.. pls fix this shit

try open Task Manager, look for League of Legends.exe , End Task, back to your game client, the reconnect button might show up again new updates sucks...
