Karthus Ascension bug

Just played in a game where the enemy team had a karthus during Ascension game mode. A couple times when they went for the Ascended, their team would pile on like everyone normally does. So we would ace their team but karthus's passive would allow him to get ascended. It happened twice, and the second time he was severely bugged in that no one could damage him at all.
