when I reconnected the game I can not use my ability Q W E R just can auto attack

there were 2 times first time was Xerath second time was Ahri. when I disconneted the game I just press the ALT+TAB to check out my internet situation.when I return the game I was reconnected but can not use any ability of my champion. only auto attack and summoner spell. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
