No Capsule After Leveling Up

I got to level 44 and I didn't receive anything :( is this like a thing?

Same when I hit 59 a couple of hours ago, no notification, no loot capsule, but my profile shows I went from 58 to 59.

also didn't receive my capsule after level 50. Definitely a Bug

Just a follow up, support got back to me (three hours after submitting a ticket) and they gave me a capsule, so if you haven't written a ticket to support, do so already.
