Hey guys, I have recently been trying to log in league, yet when I log in it says that the servers are having some problems, and that my patches are going to try to give it another shot, It's been up to like half an hour like this, the bug is that my patcher says 0.0 MB/ 0.0 MB, and it just freezes there.
Is it my PC, or is it the servers for real?

Hi Everyone -
We discovered there were some missing file(s) from the patching line. We're in the process of re-syncing them to ensure they're available, but we have to be careful with the process. I'll update here again once we're able to restore them.
Its not your pc - this is a client/server problem. Just try it a couple of times, sometimes it works.
