Got flagged for leaving when I did not leave

I was flagged for leaving after a game refused to connect me. After trying to reconnect, I repeatedly received the message that the game i was trying to connect to was over or had disbanded. Since I had a friend on call and in that same game, I knew this was not true. I got into he game at roughly 11 minutes, and finished the game. I did quite well, going 2-4-11 on Shen. At the end of the game, I got the warning that I was ruining other players' experiences by leaving games. I did not leave on purpose, and i connected as soon as the server would let me. Is this not a bug? I played several games right before this one with incident.
