Game randomly froze and now I can't login....

I was just playing ranked match and just about finished the match and won, which is fine and dandy but then it got frozen on attempting to reconnect I then had to force close league and re-log but I can't manage to get logged in now, I keep getting connection error unable to connect to pvp.net
