I got disconnected from a game, it's still going on but I'm not being asked to reconnect to it.

I was playing a ranked game and winning very hard. About ~20-25 minutes into the game I was disconnected with the "attempting to reconnect" message. I verified that my internet was fine and then waited about 30 seconds for it to reconnect me. When it didn't I reopened my client to attempt to reconnect. When the client reopened I was not greeted with a "you have left a game in progress" screen but rather the normal home page with no way to attempt to reconnect. I checked op.gg and the game is still going on according to the League of Legends API. I screenshotted my client home page with no reconnect option next to the op.gg page that I have just refreshed showing me in the ongoing game.

This is a pretty annoying bug considering it's a ranked game I was almost guaranteed to win.
