Friends list broken

My friends list is just completely broken. I signed into another account I have to see if the bug involved the client but my friends list was completely fine there. I've tried to restart and repair my client but I haven't had any luck fixing it and I'm not sure what to do considering it's just THIS account that's broken. Any and all help would be appreciated.
