Queue Bug

Hi, I was on queue when i decided not to continue and I pressed the ( X ) cancel at the same exact time. After that, It fixed and it brought me to champion select and kicked me out and It counted as a loss for my rank and 5 minutes ban. :d SEND HELP!!!
