Picking Runes/Masteries Pre-Game [CLIENT]

Do you notice the red piece I highlighted, the dropdown where you pick masteries in this example, glitches out like in the picture. And then you cannot click the dropdown and pick between masteries. By the way this happens for the Runes dropdown as well.
