[GAMEPLAY] Abilities would not work using the keyboard until I restarted the client

Not sure how to recreate the issue or list the steps, but the last game I just played I couldn't get any of my Abilities or Summoner's to work, but I was still able to type in the chat. I checked my settings and my keyboard settings on my computer to see if there was any issues on my end, then I tried leaving the game and returning to it, but I still couldn't use my abilities. I ended up shutting down the client completely and restarting it and that appeared to fix the issue but I wanted to report it regardless. Sorry I couldn't provide more information.
