Can't select or edit any runes while in champion selection

  • In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], [CRASH], etc. => This issue is related to the **CLIENT ** with the following version: v8.9 7783363.7810256.7812792

  • In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering. => the bug only appeared this morning. I didn't get this bug yesterday.

  • Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue. => Tag for Ranked SoloQ, I can't access my rune pages in 'Collection > Runes' neither while in Champion selection.

  • Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it. => Restart Windows > the bug disapeared. I'm playing on Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 (17134.48)
