Tutorial champ-swap game-breaking bug

After rotating through all the champions in the very first tutorial, switching to one I've used before causes the tutorial to go black (it looks like I'm dead). I re-created this bug twice.

1. After killing with , I switched to . I killed the next enemy champion bot, then switched to another champion (I used a different order each time, but picked Lux first each time).
2. With each champion, I killed the next enemy champion bot and switched to a new champion.
3. After repeating this with every champion, I tried to switch back to Lux but the game turned black. I couldn't see anything except the towers.
