Not showing the correct border

I know this is a small bug but its pretty annoying, I ended gold, I got the victorious skin and everything but it still shows a silver border, and I know riot noticed this and put up a little bug warning notification thing but recently its been taken down so I was wondering if it got fixed for some people and riot stopped working on it because its still affecting me :(((
