Bug causing Neeko to appear as the first champion she cloaked as all game

In my last game, Neeko started off as Sejuani and for the rest of the game on the minimap she appeared as Sejuani no matter what and I could not see her items in the scoreboard or when I clicked on her. This caused a bug as well to where TF’s pick a card just showed all 3 cards above his head at all points of the game. I fixed the bug with Neeko by leaving the game and rejoining but the TF bug persisted and the rest of my team was having the same bugs occur.
