at patch 9.15 I had between 120-180 fps and when there was a big team fight I had 60-80 fps and ever since patch 9.16 I get 90-120 fps and in team fights I get 45-60 is there anything to do about it? edit: after the little update my fps just went down to the ground. now I have 80 fps in lane and in team fights 40 it's so hard to play like that I just don't know what to do.
I was running league pretty smooth, like 300 fps in patch 9.15 but ever since 9.16 got released i am having fps drops like everytime there is a fight or someone uses his ability
I have fps drops too after this patch. Fom 144 to 40-60 and im 100% sure this isn't my fault. This problem is from Riot and they have to repair it.
FPS has always tended to drop in team fights.
I am also seeing lower FPS the past few days...
I'm having the same issue and i know 100% its league client/server side because this is the 3rd time im having a massive FPS drop after a league patch. I usually play at 140+ FPS but after this drop its closer to 20 fps. There's nothing wrong with my PC. 10% CPU usage, 90% of RAM is free, no other software is running on my PC. Please fix this.
My friend and I have been having massive FPS drops too, no issues at all before Patch 9.16. FPS goes from around the solid 90's to next to 0.
My specs are a GTX 1060, i7, 16GB RAM, so I should not be seeing this, ESPECIALLY when moving the visual settings down to "Low"

Mine is even worse. My fps drops to 9 and 10.... I cannot really play right now. Will riot stuff see our reprots?
if your monitor refresh rate does not exceed your fps, it doesn't matter
mine is even worse, before i would be able to play averagely aroun 60-120 fps and now my fps doesnt go any higher than 40 and massive lag and crashes client too. riot needs to fix this asap

The fps drops seem to just appear at random. mostly when chars use abilities
