Champ Select Bug

I'm sure this has happened before..Said enemy team was picking champs then game cancel out and said it was me who did not pick a champ and then I loss 3 - 5 rank points and had to wait before joining. And now I have to play win 2 games to get into promos instead of 1 because the system took 5 points away from me for "dodging" May I have those points back :(((((((((((((((( Its really not fair even though everyone will says its just 5 points and deal with it. but 1 game away from promos and I may win 1 not get it then go on a losing streak =/
