Ezreal tooltip bug

After a long time i decided to play Ezreal again and i noticed that his abilities do not show the scaling damage from his AD or AP. It happend in 2 games with him and even though the damage was dealt normaly it wouldn't appear on the ability's tooltip. Has anyone else experienced this?
