Hidden bug distroys shaco's play style

There is currently a bug on shahco's Q and W where it intsantly puts spells on cooldown. If I Q on a target (no hit just landing) his stealth will come off and the attack wouldn't do nothing and will instantly lose my Q buff. Spawning a box durring the Q hit animation does the same and some time it will boost his attack speed when his Q fails but then there is an other chance of those attacks doing nothing. Im currently trying to get masteries 6 on him and if you look up my history you will see this qlitch happening not only on camp but on champs and any enemy unit often. This glitch happens more often if auto attack is on ( tested and aproved). ty and fix this soon.
