Zed's Shadow Won't Throw Shuriken If Move Command Is Used Behind Him

This bug has been talked about for a long time and every time a thread gets made someone claims that it is due to using W+Q too fast together. This is completely untrue and is easily disprovable simply by testing it yourself. Here is a proper bug report.

Type of Bug: In Game Bug

Details: Zed's W shadow does not throw his shuriken (mimic Q) when a move command is combined with a quick W+Q combo.

Video of bug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYM0zp-0lIA&feature=youtu.be

Reproduction rate: 10/10

Steps to reproduce: In quick succession, use W+Q and place a move command behind zed. Further testing shown that this can also happen when the move command is to the side of Zed.

Expected result: The W shadow should mimic Zed's Q and fire a shuriken.

Observed result: Zed's shadow does not mimic Zed's Q and fails to fire a shuriken.

Notes (Shown at end of the video)

Using W+Q very quickly together is NOT the cause. If you stand still and do this, the shadow will fire the shuriken 100% of the time.

Hopefully this can be fixed since it is not a one-off thing. It literally can be repeated 100% of the time and happens very often in real games (potentially worlds...)

Oh no a zed bug! We can't have one of those in the game... This must be hot fixed 5 minutes ago.
